You can take all the medication you want, eat all the good food that nourishes your body, and have all the protected sex anyone can have BUT when you’re stressed out all of it goes out the window.

Justin’s HIV Journal: Growing Up GayI started exploring Dupont Circle back in 1997, I was 17. I remember getting my fake ID and going to The Circle Bar, Tracks and Cobalt. It was a nice ride, while it lasted. I had a circle of friends - Vaughn, Kris, Mike, and Antonio. We did a lot of things together and I had a lot of fun on most occasions.

HIV & Dating DisclosureBefore I was married to my husband I was dating actively. But what do you do when you’re HIV positive and looking for the one love of your life? I tell you what you don’t do, is give up. Have you heard the saying you have to kiss a couple of frogs to get to the prince? Well it’s no different if you’re HIV positive except you might have to kiss more frogs than you would if you were negative, but trust me it’s worth it.
