A Child's Christmas in Wales

Donald Hicken and the Baltimore School for the Arts (BSA) present Dylan Thomas’s A Child's Christmas in Wales at Germano’s Trattoria (300 S. High St., Baltimore, MD 21202). Dylan Thomas’ prose/poetic recalling of his boyhood in the coastal village of Swansea is a humorous, touching and deeply human story of one particularly fabled Christmas seen through the eyes of the children who populate the poet’s memory. Renowned director Donald Hicken narrates this delightful Chrismas classic with musical accompaniment by international recording artist and BSA voice instructor, Nancy Krebs. The reading will be followed by an audience holiday sing-along. The $10 cover is a tax-deductible donation to BSA. For additional information, visit www.germanostrattoria.com.
