Oh when the saints... Go marching in...

Who Dat... say Who Dat... when I say Who Dat...? The New Orleans Saints... That’s who ;-)
What a great game... Now that’s how you play when you want to be the Super Bowl champs... A terrific game and boy did I enjoy watching it... I tickled myself screaming at the television... LOL... Peyton Manning has often been described as being the best quarterback ever... However; it was definitely poor sportsmanship on his part for not shaking hands with the Saints coach, quarterback Drew Brees and the players after the Colts lost...

Manning has handed out a lot of ass whippings in his career...
And should have been able to take one like he’s given them... Funny how in life often some people can’t take what they hand out... It personally takes away from the incredible quarterback he has been... Everybody knows you can’t win them all...

I understand from one source that he takes full responsibility for losing the game... If this is true... then it explains why they lost... football like many things in life... is a team sport... and not one man or one woman is completely responsible solely for all its conquests or failures... So if this was his thinking that he alone... in his mind thought that he could win the super bowl... then that was the losing mistake he made before the game ever started...

The Colts are a team of athletes who are extremely talented in all positions.... like most teams... and every position is important and relevant to winning and/or losing... The weakest link will sometimes tell the strength of an entire team... which is why every position is key to every play... every game... No one person is the whole team... no one person can do it all alone... not even a boxer... or golfer...

The Saints won the Super Bowl because they played as a team... in all positions collectively...

What a wonderful gift to New Orleans... what a fantastic boost for the people of New Orleans... what an incredible sense of esteem they must feel... Funny how things work out...
Congratulation to the New Orleans Saints... The 2010 Super Bowl Champions!

THE SNOW BLIZZARDS OF 2010...

Wow... that’s all I can say... what a beautiful snow in many ways... watching it come down I thought was such a beautiful sight... So peaceful in its own kinda way... drinking a Red Bull from a champagne glass... watching a warm blazing fire... along with two three other things and there you have it... ;-) Oh well two out of three is not so bad... lol

I’m in the real estate business as my profession... and what I find so very interesting is that the city taxes on homeowners in Baltimore City are often twice or more... than the amount of taxes in most other counties in Maryland... But the city residents often are the very last to get plowed out during times like this...

I first noticed this 10 years ago... at the time I lived in Bel Air and our streets and sidewalks were done immediately after the storm... I thought it was amazing... but as I sat on the couch days afterwards watching the local news at people in the city literally crying the blues about not being plowed out... they were so angry at feeling as though they had been forgotten on the side streets... I remember feeling kinda bad about being plowed out while others couldn’t even get out of their blocks... and in some cases also had no electricity... and I’m riding around whistling dixie... are those of us in the county treated better than city residents... I don’t know... but that’s how I felt... and I didn’t like the feeling... Why was Bel Air able to get the streets and sidewalks done and the city was still in a mess... there are certainly more people in the city... why?  I just don’t get it...

I’m just trying to understanding what’s the big advantage of living in Baltimore City...
Crime is higher than anywhere else in the state of Maryland... Taxes are high as hell... especially in relation to other counties... its ridiculous... If you go anywhere downtown the cost to park is outrageous... Some areas in the core inner city are eye sores to look at and even drive through... and trash is stupid... yet there’s a place to play the lottery and a liquor store on every other corner... and now you can’t even go to the Inner Harbor with out of town guest without the possibility of being mugged by gang bangers... are you kidding me?

What the hell are the high taxes being put towards... Okay... Okay... just help me to understand... Live in the city because of what? Hmmm... I don’t think so honey...
I personally can’t think of enough good reasons... and the city wonders why tens of thousands of people have moved out of the city... I know that not many people want to talk about it... But there are advantages to living in other counties... oops... it’s the truth... the secret’s out...

WHY DON’T WE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE SIGNS...

Whether it’s our inner voice... our instinct... one of our good, good friends... or literally from the person themselves... why is it they we rarely pay attention to all the signs...
What exactly am I talking about... PEOPLE... just people... in any and all the relationships that we have with each other... People show and tell us who they are... and we show and tell people who we are... But nobody listens... Few of us listen even the facts are right in front of us...

What brought this topic on is my dealings with people... and finding myself so upset... even angry... feeling victimized... cussing and all of that... All because of the behavior of other human beings... When in most of the cases all of these people showed me and showed us... who they are early on... and I chose... We chose to fool with them anyway... Completely ignoring every stop sign in front of us...

Yes I... We... made a decision to ignore all the signs... and that’s why we get what we get...
You know that saying... “Giving the benefit of the doubt”...  Yeah well I’m just about over it...

People don’t just wake up and turn into monsters... It’s not often that people all of a sudden become these selfish and self centered individuals... It’s not often that people out of the blue just decide to be snakes, sluts, dirty whores, thieves, lairs, sneaky, deceitful, two faced, spineless, disrespectful, greedy, disloyal, ungrateful, abusive, heartless, rotten bitches... Are you kidding me? This is who they were all along...

And FYI... it’s not the drink or the drugs...and most of us have had some level of dysfunction in our lives... I’m over the bullsh!t excuses... Make no mistake about it... These people are not strung out on anything but themselves...

But No... We just had to give that benefit of the doubt... Well my dear that doubt is our instinct... What I believe we are born with... I also believe that it’s spiritual in its on way... Whatever the case... How many times have something funky happened and the first thing you think or say is... “Something told me not to fu*k with that rotten motherfu*k@r”... LOL

I mean really, how many times have we experienced this in our lives... in some cases over and over again with the same... rotten motherfu*k@r... So call friends, coworkers, people we’ve been in... or are in relationships with... even family members... It’s just ridiculous...

I guess my purpose of this topic is to not just tell you my readers, but to also tell myself....
That we all must pay attention to the signs... even when its what and who we may want... and for some reasons at times we find it so very difficult to resist them...

Well we better... Because when it’s all said and done... it’s not worth it... and we’re the ones feeling some kinda ways about it all...

We are not victims most of the time... strangely we actually volunteer or just keep showing up...
I hate to say it my dear... but there are some who prey on our kindness and even our love... while unbeknownst to us that ice water runs through their veins... so in a way I guess we are perhaps victims of the hunter...
I don’t know...   hummm…  but having said all this... What I do know... and want you to know is... There are some Loving & Caring people in this world... So let’s keep hope and love very much alive... We just have to pay attention to all the signs... (smile)

You speak much truth girl ... people don't like to be told the truth sometimes, but it is what it is.
