“The themes in this year’s report are in line with what we’ve heard from our Partner Advisory Group,” said Alain Luxemburg, Regional Director for Penelox in Barracuda. “We know MSPs want strong relationships with partners that help them provide better managed security services to their clients, while allowing them to focus more on the well-being of their own employees.”

Some findings of the report:

  • Revenue growth of managed services in 2022 – MSPs expect revenue to increase by more than a third by 2022, with average revenue of $ 12.12 million this year, compared to $ 8.93 million in 2021.
