Chrissy Teigen Starts IVF: ‘Stop Asking If I’m Pregnant’

So Chrissy and John, who already have two children named Luna and Miles, are trying to get pregnant through IVF treatment. “I’m on another cycle of IVF to save as many eggs as possible, and I hope to make strong, healthy embryos,” Chrissie said on Instagram.

And while such a treatment can be quite intense, that’s not what bothers Chrissy the most. Due to the injections, her stomach swells, which makes her followers constantly wonder if she is pregnant. Chrissy points out that she has a lot of problems with this. “I beg you to stop asking if I’m pregnant because while I know it’s being said with enthusiasm and good faith, it’s still sad to hear,” she wrote. She also says it’s “the opposite of a pregnant woman.”

Chrissy points out that people should stop asking women about this in the first place. And although this is also very sensitive for her, due to her past loss, the model notes that she “would rather be the one telling you this than a poor woman bursting into tears.”

A few months ago, Chrissy looked back at this awful loss on Instagram with a picture of her and her husband. The photo shows Chrissy crying in a hospital bed after she lost her baby. She captioned the photo: “A year ago, I had the greatest pain I could imagine, and you showed me that I could take on anything, even if I didn’t really want to. I wasn’t allowed to take care of you, but you made me love myself and my body.”
