After her mother suddenly finds a lump in her breast, things move quickly. Daisy’s mother is being treated in Bilthoven, which is always a two hour drive and two hours away from their home in Groningen. “They made a lot of mistakes at the Martini Hospital in Groningen,” explains the reality star. “They only saw one small area at an early stage, but it was several areas. Advanced and powerful. That was a huge difference.”

Daisy goes with her mom every time and takes care of her, but in the meantime she forgets about herself. After that period, she also became exhausted. “Because it was just too much,” she says bluntly now. Fortunately, Daisy’s mother is now doing well, although she had to have one of her breasts amputated. “Health-wise, she’s fine. That’s fine.”

Also with the former Temptation IslandThe star is getting a lot better again, although she is tired of the last period – in which the relationship with her boyfriend Luca Borsato also ends. “I’ve been through a lot of suffering and in my mind. So I’ve noticed I’m still recovering from that.”
