Kickboxing is a combat sport where both hands and legs can be used. The sport originated in Japan and the United States, where it became popular in the early 1970s. Kickboxing combines boxing punches and kicks from sports such as karate and taekwondo.
What do you need to share? Youth: boxing gloves and sportswear, adults: boxing gloves, shin guards and sportswear. If you don’t have these, it’s also possible to borrow them at Jeff’s Gym Weesp. Then point this out while recording in the comments.
