Anyone who wants to watch Netflix on Wednesday night may have already noticed: Since 8:21 p.m., there has been a global outage on the streaming service.

Many viewers already reported the bug on social media on Wednesday night. “Connecting to Netflix is impossible,” they were told when they wanted to sign up.
bottom detector, a website showing reports from Internet users about crashes, shows that after 20 hours a lot of reports came in from Belgium, France, Spain, Germany and the UK. Netflix itself has also acknowledged the issues, everyone who goes to the Help Center will see this message: “We are currently having issues streaming on all devices,” it says. “We are working to resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
Although this is a global outage, there are also users who are currently able to stream. For now, Dutch users seem to have largely outgrown the issues.
