At the start of the Santos cycling, which starts next Thursday, seven more riders will appear from the World Tour, in addition to INES rider Richie Borde and EF Education-Nippo’s James Whelan. Chris Harper of Jumbo-Wisma is one of them.

In early November it was announced that the World Tour Race Tour Down Under would not take place this year. As part of the big Santos cycling, the stage competition was soon replaced by a four-day road race for men and women. The starting field is the Australian teams and riders, who will be at home in Australia during this period.

Borde and Whelan will be part of Team Garmin Australia in the four-day race to wear the Australian national selection uniform. Harbor is part of the village of Cervalo Donsley as a guest driver. The bike exchange initially had its own team, with Cameron Meyer, Luke Turbridge, Alex Edmonton, Cotton Groves, Lucas Hamilton and Damien Hawson.

Women
Team Bike Exchange also participates in women’s racing with a team. The team brings in Jessica Allen, Grace Brown, Lucy Kennedy, Sarah Roy and Alexandra Manley (guest cyclist) for the start. Loretta Hanson of Trek-Sekafredo will be joined by Team Garmin in Australia by Canyon SRAM’s Nave Bradbury and Sarah Gicande (DIPCO-SVP).
