Primark will be clicking and collecting in the UK later this year

Primark clothing chain is taking a step towards online sales. The company starts with a collection of clicks in the United Kingdom.

Currently, it is a test of about 25 stores in the northwest of the United Kingdom. Customers can take part in the test by the end of this year. It is possible to click and collect only selected baby products.

Primark said it could bring more customers to the stores by offering Click and Collect, adding: “We have selected a comprehensive range of baby products for this test.

In addition, the test will be more interesting to customers who regularly make purchases from Primark’s mid-sized stores, the company continues: ‘These are only in a limited range, and the number of options available to these customers will more than double.’

A few months ago, the company announced that it was already walking away with the idea of clicking and collecting. It is currently concrete. Click and Collect orders will be processed manually from DC during the test. Primark plans to automate this later. Orders can be collected and withdrawn free of charge at consumer stores.
