The late Queen Elizabeth tried to encourage Meghan Markle, the wife of Prince Harry, to reconnect with her father, Thomas Markle. This is what royal family reporter Katie Nicholl says in her book The new royal family.
“The Queen saw how damaging the situation was between Meghan and her father and spoke to her about it,” the book says. “To encourage her to speak with Thomas.” Nicole works for, among others, Vanity Fair, BBC And the Sky News He has written autobiographies William and Harry And the Harry and Meghan: Life, Loss, and Love.
A source within the royal family is said to have told Nicole that the whole situation with Meghan and her father was handled poorly, according to Elizabeth, and that if things had been done differently, the outcome could have been better.
Markle was supposed to bring his daughter to the altar on the day she married Prince Harry, but after a riot over photos taken by paparazzi on Markle’s behalf, it still canceled. Earlier the statement was that it came because of his health – He actually had to have heart surgery – but it turned out later that the disagreement was the real cause. During the wedding, then Prince Charles paid tribute.
“The service was great. “I will always regret not being able to be there and hold my daughter’s hand,” Thomas later said of the celebration. He later admitted that Prince Harry warn him He did not cooperate with the press and that he lied to Harry during a heated telephone conversation before the royal wedding.
