Room to live and green?

Solutions that consider social justice and a healthy green city are discussed with Gap Holebek (the party’s candidate in the upcoming parliamentary elections) and Melchior Mattens (member of the Zanstad City Council). This duo knows all about how Party for the Animals wants to keep the city green and accessible to all.

“The successful lobbying to bring the European Medicines Agency to Amsterdam increases Schiphol’s power, leads to little local employment and directly confiscates more than 900 homes in the city for current employees and their families. An example of why the housing shortage is so much a political choice.” It is a trail from Melchior Mattens.

Oostzaner Jaap Hollebeek does this from his knowledge of county policy in housing, nature development and air quality. For local development in a medium-sized city and knowledge of national and regional demographic and economic developments, Melchior joins the interview. They talk to the viewer at home about a number of phrases and answer the viewer’s questions.

The webinar will take place on Saturday, March 6, between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Participating in a secure Zoom session can be done by sending an email to [email protected].
