Spark Optimus, a European digital strategy consultant, has welcomed three new partners to its team in the Netherlands.
Debian Roy joined the consulting firm in early August and has a master’s degree in management from INSEAD in France and Singapore. Prior to that, Roy had a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
During his studies, Roy founded an initiative to help reduce food waste in the retail environment, and in France he started a startup that helps foreign students prepare and manage applications for master’s programs.
“As an employee, I work with companies around the world and, among other things, lead digital transformation efforts to help them thrive in the digital age,” Roy said of his first months at Spark Optimus.
Chaos joined Hugenholtz in early September and has a master’s degree in financial economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Previously he holds a BA in Business Economics from Cronington University.
During his studies, Hugenholtz merged with merger and acquisition firm KPMG and private equity firm Benzis Capital Partners.
Simon von Heist has been with the company since the beginning of September. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in Business Information Management – both from Rotterdam University of Management, Erasmus University.
During his studies he followed courses in two consulting firms, Roland Berger and Accenture.
Founded in 2010 in the Netherlands, Spark Optimus also has offices in Germany (Dெல்sseldorf), Switzerland (Zurich) and the United Kingdom (London).
