The Netherlands are the first to qualify for the quarter-finals after a 3-1 victory over the United States

The Netherlands was the first country to qualify for the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar on Saturday. USA was defeated 3-1 in the round of 16.

Memphis Depay (10.) and Daley Blind (45. +1) made it 2-0 in the first half at Khalifa International Stadium in Al-Rayyan. Haji Wright (76.) succeeded in the second half with a goal to connect. Denzel Dumfries (81), who assisted on the first two goals, quickly crushed American hopes.
