Uiterweg improvement plan in spatial committee

Aalsmeer – Photography meetings for the Committees on Spatial Planning, Society and Governance are scheduled for next Tuesday 4 and Thursday 6 October. During the meeting of the Spatial Planning Committee on Tuesday, a presentation will be given on the reconstruction of the Uiterweg. Since Uiterweg is a narrow dead end road and there are many homes and businesses along this road, keeping this area livable and accessible while working is a huge challenge. In the last period, an improvement plan has been put in place by which the way in which maintenance can be handled has been made transparent. The first project is to treat the part where the subsidence is more than the other parts and where the water remains on the road in certain climatic conditions. Speakers are Ton Rohde, the municipality’s project manager, and Jeroen Polderman, Iv-infra consultant, who has conducted research into improving Uiterweg. The owner of the wallet is Alderman Dick Quinn.

Society and Governance

The Community and Governance Committee then meets on Thursday. Southeast corner, Westeinderpscheg and information about youth welfare at the Aalsmeer. Both meetings begin at 8 p.m., are open to the public and take place in the Town Hall Council Chamber.
