No Parking
The property does not provide parking for car owners and visitors. They depend on the space above the tram tunnel. The same is true for the residents of the homes completed by real estate developer Stadsherstel across the Raamstraat in 2004.

The Municipal Council advises the council to approve the plans in the spatial planning committee on Wednesday, December 22nd. Demolition and construction are expected to begin at the end of 2022.
